Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in New Haven, IN for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly supportive district offering a structured 3 to 1 therapy model, with three weeks of direct therapy and one week of indirect work. The position is open to Clinical Fellows and offers no RTI requirements, making it ideal for SLPs who prefer a manageable caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services for K-8 students
- Manage a caseload of up to 75 students (reduced for severe cases)
- Work with a collaborative team of two licensed SLP Instructional Assistants who offer training and support
- Participate in IEP meetings and complete service logs for Medicaid
- Use Indiana IEP software
