Job Overview:
ProCare Therapy is looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a clinic-based setting near Bronx, NY. This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys a structured environment and is passionate about providing individualized therapy services to children and adolescents.
Position Details:
- Full-time position (Monday-Friday)
- School-based setting with access to advanced resources
- Caseload includes children with speech, language, and developmental disorders
- Work alongside other therapists and professionals in a collaborative setting
- Pay starting at $47+
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work with families to provide education and strategies for continued progress at home
- Utilize a variety of therapy techniques to support communication development
- Maintain accurate progress reports and ensure compliance with therapy goals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active New York SLP license
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong ability to engage and motivate children
