Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity – Longview, WA
Location: Longview, WA
Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Pay Range: $48 - $54 per hour
ProCare Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school team in Longview, WA. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with elementary students in a supportive setting that values professional growth and collaboration.
Position Details:
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Grade Levels: Elementary school students (K-5)
- Caseload: Approximately 40-45 students
- Support System:
- Workload analysis reviewed monthly for balanced caseloads
- Assistance from Instructional Assistants (IAs) for service and billing support
- Department collaboration through monthly SLP team meetings
Professional Development and Benefits:
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision available
- Access to ongoing professional development through the district
- Reimbursement for annual ASHA certification for district employees
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA certification preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
