Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Based in Pensacola, FL
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Pensacola, FL. This position offers flexibility with options for both full-time and part-time schedules for the entire school year. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans tailored to students with speech and language disorders.
- Perform assessments, provide therapy, and track progress in areas such as articulation, fluency, and language development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to integrate therapy goals into classroom settings and support student success.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, student progress, and interactions with stakeholders.
- Engage in professional development and attend school meetings to stay updated on the latest practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid SLP license or certification in Florida.
- Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and tracking student progress.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
