Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students’ speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy to students with communication challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus.
