Position: Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Groveport, OH
Employment Type: Full-Year Contract through Soliant Education
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Groveport, OH. This position offers full-time hours and is contracted through Soliant Education, providing stability and support throughout the academic year. As an integral part of our educational community, you will work collaboratively with students, educators, and families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a supportive environment that fosters communication skills.
- Providing direct therapy services and monitoring progress towards goals.
- Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records as required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Ohio state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
