Full-time, Elementary Caseload
Minimum Requirements (Missouri):
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Department of Education certification required.
- Previous experience in school settings preferred.
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services to students in Columbia, MO. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress and ensure IEP implementation.
- Oversee paraprofessionals in the classroom to ensure effective support and assistance.
- Administer assessments and provide feedback to educational teams and families.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Ensure compliance with IEPs and special education regulations.
- Support students in overcoming speech and language barriers to access the general education curriculum.
