Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Hesperia, CA
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Your Impact:
- Role: Full-time position in a vibrant school setting.
- Setting: Onsite, delivering essential speech therapy services and IEP support.
- Focus: Supporting students from elementary through secondary levels (K-12) in reaching their communication goals.
- Hours: Standard school day hours, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct detailed speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance student development.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Provide engaging therapy sessions in one-on-one or small group settings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.
- Experience in school settings preferred, but CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates are welcome.
- Ability to connect with diverse student populations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to improving students' speech and language skills.
