Location: Freeport, IL
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: Elementary and Middle School Students
ProCare Therapy is excited to announce a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity in Freeport, IL! This position involves working with elementary and middle school students to help them develop their communication and language skills. If you’re passionate about making a difference in students' lives, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in a school setting
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with students across a range of communication challenges
