Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in Elma, WA!
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a full-time role in Elma, WA? We have an exciting opportunity for the 2024-2025 school year, from August 26, 2024, to June 11, 2025. In this position, you’ll provide essential speech therapy services to students in grades 4 through 12 within a supportive school environment.
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Elma, WA
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Full school year (8/26/2024 - 6/11/2025)
Caseload: Approximately 60-70 students, grades 4-12
Duties: General SLP duties
Role Overview:
- Position: Full-time, onsite only
- Focus: Deliver individualized therapy to support students' speech and language development
Key Responsibilities:
- Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students in grades 4 through 12.
- Assessment & Planning: Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
- Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into students' educational programs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and track student progress.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Washington SLP license.
- Experience: CCC-SLPs preferred; CFY and SLPA candidates are not eligible.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students.
