We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Dover, PA. This role involves providing high-quality speech and language services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges that impact their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' overall educational experience.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and reports to aid in the development of student plans.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and treatment sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
