Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position - Concord, CA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a supportive school district in Concord, CA, for the 2024-2025 school year. Whether you’re looking for a full-time or part-time role, this opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students in elementary or preschool settings.
Position Details:
- Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Concord, CA
- Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible options available)
- Duration: 2024-2025 School Year
- Caseload: Elementary or Preschool students (determined during the interview)
- Pay Range: $48 - $56 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students' communication needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Deliver therapy services in group and one-on-one settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to address student goals.
- Document and monitor progress to ensure effective therapy interventions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations on speech-language services.
Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license (required).
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply.
- School-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
