Hours: 37.25 hours per week
Caseload: Elementary students, 50-60 students
Job Overview:
ProCare Therapy is currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school district in Columbus, OH. This role provides a great opportunity to work hands-on with elementary students, supporting their communication development in a collaborative school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech-language needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and special education teams
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Ohio state SLP licensure from ASHA required
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
