Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position – Castle Rock, WA
Location: Castle Rock, WA
Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Pay Range: $48 - $54 per hour
ProCare Therapy is hiring a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with K-12 students in Castle Rock, WA. This role provides the chance to work in a close-knit school community with a focus on balanced caseloads and professional support.
Position Details:
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Grade Levels: Serving K-12 students based on experience and caseload needs
- Caseload: Approximately 40-45 students
- Support System:
- Monthly workload analysis to ensure equitable caseloads
- Assistance from Instructional Assistants for services and billing tasks
- Collaboration opportunities within a dedicated SLP team
Professional Development and Benefits:
- Supervision for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) available
- Ongoing professional development programs provided by the district
- Annual ASHA certification reimbursement for district employees
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA certification preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
