Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Burnet, TX
Schedule: 3-4 Days Per Week
Caseload: Elementary Students
Duration: Full School Year
Job Details:
- Role: Part-time position providing speech therapy services to elementary students.
- Caseload: Manage a caseload focused on elementary-aged students.
- Support: Work in a collaborative team environment and supervise an SLPA to deliver effective therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Therapy Services: Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to meet the needs of elementary students.
- Assessment & Planning: Conduct assessments and develop customized therapy plans.
- Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into students' educational experiences.
- Supervision: Oversee and guide an SLPA in delivering therapy services.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Relevant Texas State licensure as an SLP.
- Experience: Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or CCC-SLPs are welcome.
- Skills: Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
