Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to helping students thrive? Join our team in Bridgman, MI, as a Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the communication skills and overall development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs and goals.
- Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' speech and language needs across academic and social environments.
- Monitoring students' progress and adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to the development of educational plans.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in a school setting, is preferred.
