Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Bowmans, PA. This school-based role involves working with students to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy in both individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress.
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Pennsylvania state SLP license.
- Previous school-based experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
