Role Overview:
- Caseload: Elementary students
- Setting: Primarily one designated school site

Key Responsibilities:
- Therapy Services: Provide direct and indirect therapy to elementary-aged students.
- Assessments: Carry out detailed assessments and create individualized therapy plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development.
- IEP Development: Engage in IEP meetings and assist in developing tailored educational plans.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Mississippi Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience: Preferred experience with elementary students.
