We have a full-time position available for the 2024-2025 school year, focused on providing essential speech and language services to elementary students in a supportive and collaborative school environment.
Role Overview:
- Caseload: Elementary students
- Setting: Primarily one designated school site
- Start Date: August 12, 2024
- Duration: Full school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Therapy Services: Provide direct and indirect therapy services to elementary students.
- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized therapy plans.
- Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and development.
- IEP Development: Participate in IEP meetings and help develop tailored educational plans.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Mississippi Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience: Experience with elementary-aged students preferred.
