Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Saluda, VA - Full Time - Permanent Job
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position in Saluda, VA. In this role, you will work with students with diverse communication needs, providing effective therapy and interventions to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to enhance student success
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies
- Engage in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Virginia license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with students with communication challenges
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment
