Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role within the Sahuarita, AZ area. This school-based position provides a fantastic opportunity to support students' communication development and make a lasting impact within the community.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time (35-37.5 hours per week).
- Caseload: K-12 students (specific details available upon interview).
- Location: One or more school sites within the district.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure in Arizona as an SLP.
- School-based experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
