Job Details:
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: La Crosse, WI
- Dates: March 2025 – June 6, 2025
- Schedule: Full-time (preferred) or part-time options available
- Caseload:
- Approximately 40 students
- Mix of speech-only and speech-as-a-secondary cases (~50/50 split)
- Utilize the Skyward IEP System
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language needs
- Develop and execute individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with school staff and families to foster student success
- Document progress and maintain compliance using the Skyward IEP system
- Participate in IEP meetings to support student plans
Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin SLP license
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Proficiency with the Skyward IEP system is a bonus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
