Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Remote Role in Louisiana – 2024-25
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a Louisiana school district in the 2024-25 academic year. In this remote role, you’ll make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills through virtual therapy sessions and collaboration.
Job Description:
- Position: Full-Time (Part-Time Candidates Considered)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Location: Louisiana (Remote)

Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensure: Valid Louisiana SLP license
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years working with students with communication disorders
- Experience with virtual therapy platforms preferred
- Technical Requirements:
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (Chromebooks/tablets not permitted)
- Proficiency with teletherapy tools and software
- Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality virtual speech therapy services to students across Louisiana.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
- Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions to promote growth and success.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including progress reports and IEPs.
