Job Description: Are you a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in the education sector? ProCare Therapy is seeking a talented remote SLP to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Teletherapy Services: Provide effective teletherapy services to students with diverse speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders through engaging virtual sessions.
  • Caseload Management: Handle a caseload tailored to your experience and availability, ensuring personalized attention to each student.
  • Assessment & Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough virtual assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions that cater to each student’s unique needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to monitor student progress and facilitate a comprehensive support network.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required documentation to ensure compliance with school district guidelines and state regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in teletherapy and speech-language pathology to provide high-quality services.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensing: Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Oregon.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Remote Work: Ability to effectively manage a remote caseload while remaining connected with the ProCare Therapy team.
