Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team remotely. As a 1099 contractor with ProCare Therapy, you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while providing vital speech and language services to students who need them the most. This role is perfect for an SLP who values autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to make a significant impact on students’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Caseloads of students TBD
- Conduct virtual assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure student progress and success.
- Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required documentation.
- Stay current with best practices in teletherapy and speech-language pathology to deliver high-quality services.
- Adhere to school district guidelines and state regulations for speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active SLP license in Delaware.
- Two years of experience as SLP is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a remote caseload.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the ProCare Therapy team.
