Job Description: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional services to students in the Stanton, KY area. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other relevant school functions.
- Stay current with best practices, research, and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Kentucky.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or CFY.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
