Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) -Pasco, WA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time maternity leave basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs.
- Provide therapy sessions in various settings, such as schools, hospitals, or private practices.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
