ProCare Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 25-hour per week position in Livonia, MI. The role involves providing direct services to 18-20 students across 4 school campuses and a juvenile detention center (Spectrum). The ideal candidate will work with diverse student needs in both traditional and alternative settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs
- Conduct evaluations and write IEPs for students
- Collaborate with educational teams and families to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate therapy records, including documentation and reports
- Customize therapy techniques to address individual student needs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Michigan SLP licensure required
- Ability to work across multiple campuses, including alternative education settings
- Experience with children in alternative or special education settings is a plus
