Job Description:
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Suquamish, WA or surrounding areas. As an integral member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals through the provision of high-quality speech and language therapy services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services to clients, addressing speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an Associate's Degree from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Current and valid state licensure in WA.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
