Responsibilities:
- Therapy Sessions: Provide speech and language services to students based on individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success.
- IEP Implementation: Track progress and document therapy sessions in line with student goals.
- Supportive Environment: Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations to develop effective strategies.
Requirements:
- SLP: Must hold a valid Illinois SLP license.
- SLPA: Must hold a valid Illinois SLPA license.
- Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a heart for student growth.
