We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Harbeson, DE. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with students in a supportive and dynamic environment, helping them improve their communication skills and academic performance.

Duties:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and therapy for students
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Focus on articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ progress
  • Document therapy sessions and student progress
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Delaware state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome
  • Experience in a school-based setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
