Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity near Encinitas, CA
Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near Encinitas, CA, for the remainder of the school year. This full-time position involves working with students across K-12 grades, providing essential services to support their communication and academic needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students with varying speech and language needs.
- Assess and evaluate students to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy services aligned with students’ IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Active California SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates will be considered.
- Experience in school settings is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dedication to fostering growth and development in students of all grade levels.
