Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opening – Portland, OR
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: ASAP – January 2025 (potential to extend through the school year)
Hours: Full-time, M-F, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: 41 students, K-Transition age; primarily non-verbal and high needs
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll work closely with OTs and Behavior Consultants to help students with significant communication challenges thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized therapy focusing on AAC for non-verbal students.
- Collaborate with OT, Behavior Consultants, and other professionals.
- Create and maintain IEPs and treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Track progress, complete documentation, and attend IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Oregon SLP license.
- Experience with non-verbal populations and AAC preferred.
