ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in La Crosse, WI. This position offers both full-time and part-time flexibility, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives while fitting your schedule.
Position Overview:
- Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: La Crosse, WI
- Start Date: March 2025
- End Date: June 6, 2025
- Schedule: Full-time preferred, part-time considered
Caseload Details:
- Approximately 40 students
- Split caseload: ~50% speech-only students and ~50% speech as a secondary need
- Utilize Skyward IEP System for documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations and therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports within the Skyward IEP system
- Participate in IEP meetings to contribute expertise on speech and language needs
Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin SLP license
- Experience with school-based caseloads preferred
- Familiarity with the Skyward IEP system is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
