Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in Groton, MA
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Groton, MA. This is a full-time position working with elementary-aged students in a collaborative environment where your expertise will help students thrive academically and socially.
Position Details:
- Location: Groton, Massachusetts
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 8:40 AM - 3:40 PM
- End Date: End of the school year (June 2024)
- Caseload: K-4 setting
- Compensation: $40-$50/hr, W-2, Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs with strong qualifications may be considered.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
