Position: Speech Language Pathologist
Hourly Compensation: $45-$50/hour
ProCare Therapy is thrilled to announce a partnership with a fantastic school district in Ellicott, MD, seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the remainder of the 24/25 school year. Below are the details!
Qualifications:
- MD SLP license required
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Experience in school settings preferred, but not required

Job Details:
- Position: Full-Time, 35 hours
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Caseload: District-Wide
- Primarily elementary and life skill classroom at middle school
- Approximately 40 students
- Start Date: ASAP
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and update IEPs for students with speech and language needs.
- Provide individual or group speech therapy sessions to address communication challenges, including articulation, language skills, fluency (stuttering), voice, and social communication.
- Document therapy goals, student achievements, and areas of concern for ongoing evaluation and IEP meetings.
