Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in a School District near Dearborn, MI
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide essential services to students in a school district near Dearborn, MI. This full-time position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of PreK-12 students through a flexible caseload of compensatory services.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services to a caseload of 48 students across PreK-12 grades.
- Address compensatory service needs, with flexibility for services during school hours or outside regular hours with parental consent.
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet students’ communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school district and state requirements.
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to ensure effective interventions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current or pending Michigan SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to fostering student growth and development.
