Primary Duties:
- Perform detailed speech and language assessments to determine students' needs
- Collaborate on the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language challenges
- Deliver targeted speech therapy sessions to students, both individually and in small groups
- Regularly track and record students' progress towards achieving their speech and language objectives
- Use assessment data to diagnose and treat speech and language disorders
Ideal Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- CCC-SLP or CFY certification recognized in New York
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
