Job Overview:
Soliant is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Land O' Lakes, Florida. This position involves working with K-12 students to address their speech and language needs in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with various speech and language disorders.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and success.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Florida SLP license (SLP-CCC preferred).
- Experience in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
