Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed Near Wilkes Barre, PA – K-12 Autistic Support
Soliant is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with K-12 students near Wilkes Barre, PA. This full-time position focuses on providing speech and language services, with an emphasis on autistic support, for students across multiple grade levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy for students in grades K-12
- Specialize in working with students requiring autistic support services
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student communication goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP licensure
- CCC’s (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- Experience with K-12 students, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work full-time (35 hours per week) and manage a diverse caseload
This position starts ASAP and runs through June 5, 2025.
