Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialists for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position with opportunities to make a significant impact in the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student development.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide strategies for speech and language support.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
