Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), open to both CCCs and Clinical Fellows (CFY), to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is a full-time, school-based role where you will work with a diverse caseload of students, delivering personalized speech therapy services, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with school staff to support student growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in a K-12 setting
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and work collaboratively with other professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet all school and state compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
