Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed In Schertz, TX
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Schertz, TX. This is a full-time, contract position providing vital services to students in a school setting. As an SLP with ProCare Therapy, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver high-quality speech and language therapy.
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Schertz, TX. This is a full-time, contract position providing vital services to students in a school setting. As an SLP with ProCare Therapy, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver high-quality speech and language therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language development.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
