Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time position involves working with secondary school students, managing a caseload of approximately 70 students. The successful candidate will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to support student communication skills and academic performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license in Texas
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to supervise SLPAs is a plus
