Position Overview:
Soliant Education is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in Phoenix, AZ. We welcome applications from both Clinical Fellows (CF) and those holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and Assess: Identify the speech and language needs of students through comprehensive assessments.
- Therapy Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
- Monitor Progress: Track and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
- Support and Training: Provide guidance and resources to school staff and families.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current or eligible licensure in Arizona.
- Open to both CF and CCC applicants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for improving student communication and learning outcomes.
