We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide specialized speech and language services to students in a school-based setting near Newport, DE. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by helping them improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy as needed

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Delaware SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required
