Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) near Lakeland Village, CA

Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). As an integral member of our educational community, the SLP will work collaboratively with students, families, and staff to support the communication needs of our students. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive speech and language services, assessments, and interventions to facilitate academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' speech and language goals within the classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for ASHA certification.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
