Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality services to students in Kansas City, MO. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school-related activities.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Missouri.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
