Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Ballard, WA

Position Overview:
- Full-time role with guaranteed weekly hours for direct and indirect services
- Provide speech therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to create tailored therapy plans
- Engage with students with a range of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language impairments, and social communication challenges
- Opportunity to develop and deliver Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student needs
- Collaborate in team meetings to ensure the best outcomes for each student
- Competitive hourly rate with guaranteed weekly pay, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Washington state SLP license (or ability to obtain before start date)
- ASHA CCC preferred, though CF candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
