Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year in New Britain, CT. We have multiple openings available, including one position for maternity leave coverage and one for the full school year. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an elementary school population in an onsite capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license in the state of Connecticut
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
